I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Niesha Weston,  for “The Wealthy Esthy” podcast . We discussed everything esthetic from introverts, to customer engagement to retail selling to ethnic skin.

Linda Harding-Bond has set her own path in the beauty industry. She knew early on that she wanted to learn as much as she could so she could train other estheticians. Her advanced skills have taught many the basics on skin care and professionalism. Her Hit The Ground Running program, The New Esthy Handbook: An Essential Guide for Novice or Nervous Estheticians, and spa experience, paved the way for her to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand. 
You can find Linda training the spa industry on the importance of engaging clients instead of selling.   Her focus is to ask deeper questions during consultations with her focus on the client’s lifestyle and parental lineage. You will learn a lot about catering to the client during my time with Linda.
