Biologique Recherche, Global Leader in Client Training
I learned about luxury skincare when I became an esthetician at Rescue Spa and was introduced to Biologique Recherche. Prior to that, my experience was with lesser brands that had a minimum impact on the skin. I had never encountered anything like P50 Lotion, one of BR’s superstar products, and it captured my heart and face from the first use.
Although I had a chance to try other high end lines, I became a BR junkie. Never had I used a product line that addressed all of my skin care flaws, real and perceived. Today I never fly anywhere without my Lait U cleanser, P50 exfoliant and L’Eauxygenante hydrating spray.
Years later after moving to Asia, and starting my retail training company, I had the supreme opportunity to attend their 2018 international convention in Hong Kong. I provided six sessions of training for spa managers. What became even clearer to me was the care that Biologique Recherche took in addressing the needs and questions of their clients. I’ve worked with many brands and have never seen this level of interaction by senior management.
My dream was realized yet again this year when invited to speak at their 2019 Distributor’s Convention in France.
With retail selling one of the ongoing challenges in spa and wellness, I appreciate that Biologique Recherche is walking their talk. They continue to lead the industry in product advancements and client education.
