Clients love your spa experience. The aroma, atmosphere and service are amazing. Then she leaves and goes to your website — and her nightmare begins.

“Website takes too long to load. Why is my therapist not listed? This site sure looks weird on my phone. Why do these adverts keep popping up? How come they only have 103 followers on Twitter? They’re NOT even on Instagram? Forget about leaving a review, they suck.” 

And there goes your great spa experience and previously happy client. 

You’re definitely not going viral today. And reach influencers? You must be under the influence. That social proof marketing boost your spa almost received has gone out of the digital door.

It could have been so different. 

If only you had addressed these issues earlier. C’mon you knew the website sucked. It was no secret. But who wants to call the  IT guys. They’re mean. Plus they told you before “everything is fine”.

Oh well, this will probably only happen with a hundred more clients this week.
