Moontide Consulting delivers retail sales training for technicians, customized workshops and management coaching for the global spa industry. Company president Linda Harding-Bond is a Philadelphia native living in Bangkok, Thailand. Her passion is to help the spa industry provide a higher level of guest services through her unique approach to spa industry consulting.

Over the past several years, Harding-Bond has provided her expertise to internationally recognized brands such as Six Senses Hotels Resorts and Spas, Oberoi Hotel Group (a Hall of Fame Inductee), Goldeneye Hotel & Resort and Rescue Rittenhouse Spa and Lounge. Her consulting assignments have taken her throughout the United States, Asia, India and the Caribbean.

In her most recent client engagement she served as the Corporate Manager of Spa Training for Six Senses Hotels, Resorts and Spas. In that role she managed a multi-lingual, international team of spa trainers responsible for providing therapist training for over 30 resorts. She partnered with spa leaders to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives across all areas of customer interaction.

In 2009 Linda created “Hit the Ground Running”; a workshop for therapists designed to bridge the knowledge gap between classroom training and real life customer interaction at hotels, spas and resorts. Her students experienced a 90% employment rate within three months of attending her program.

Harding-Bond is the creator of This website features interviews with leaders from the hospitality, beauty and spa industries. It addresses the need for customer service training which recognizes the rapidly growing multi-ethnic global market. The website garnered more than 230,000 visitors in its’ first year of inception.

She is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post providing her unique perspective on the spa industry. She is a featured writer for leading global spa industry magazines, including Professional Spa & Wellness, Skin Inc., Les Nouvelles Esthetique and Spa Mantra.

Linda is an award winning esthetician and recipient of the first Philly Style Magazine “Best Facial” award in Philadelphia. She was recognized in Where magazine among the “75 Things We Love in Philly” and was most recently cited in Black Enterprise Magazine 2015 as delivering the “Best Facial in the U.S.”
